Shipping
The shipping costs for your order are calculated from the weight of the items in your shipping basket, we total the weight, add a small amount for packaging and charge you based on the rates we are charged by our carriers.

The shopping basket contents page shows a button which can be used to calculate the shipping based on the weight of the items in your shopping basket.

When you complete the checkout process you will be offered a list of the available options for the shipping of your order and the cost of each option, you can then select the most suitable shipping option

Our standard shipping for the UK includes next day delivery if you place your order before 3pm

Returns
If you wish to exchange merchandise or require a refund, you may do so provided you return the goods to our mail order department (see below) within 7 working days of you receiving the goods (excluding weekends and UK bank or other public holidays). When returning an item you must enclose the invoice/receipt as proof of purchase. Postage charges incurred in doing this are the responsibility of the customer.

All goods must be returned in perfect condition with all labels and tags still on the product in the exact same condition that it was sent. If the product is faulty or damaged please contact us by email first before sending your product back. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been damaged or tampered with.
